Why Chicken Angel?
It came to us as a sign and we knew we had to share…
We met in 1997 working in a restaurant in Sonoma, California and decided at some point to have a lot of fun. We’re still having fun, but now we’re doing it with three kids, a dog, 7 chickens and a bigger garden than we know what to do with. We try to do right by ourselves and our resources and fortunately that usually means a lot of really good food. We’re happy to share failures and successes, but really this is just a place for us to record what we’ve done in the kitchen.
