Habenero Hot Sauce #1

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 large white onion
  • 10-20 ripe habanero chilies
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 t turbinado sugar
  • 1 t sea salt
